Membership & XP Handbook

Gophee Membership is your passport to a world of cultural discovery. Earn XP (Experience Points) by booking, participating, and sharing. Level up to unlock exclusive rewards, discounts, and recognition.

What is XP?

XP stands for Experience Points. You earn XP by booking and completing experiences, writing reviews, and completing missions.

XP is your key to unlocking new membership levels and special rewards.

How to Earn XP

Membership Levels

There are four membership levels:

Membership Tier	Booking Requirement	Benefits
Green Gopher	0 booking	1) Basic access to all regular NPC Experiences
Junior Gopher	5 bookings	1) Unlock XP redemption 2) Birthday discount code
Senior Gopher	30 bookings	1) All Junior benefits 2) Access to exclusive NPC Experiences 3) 50% bonus XP 4) Senior Gopher Exclusive Gift
Master Gopher	100 bookings	1) All Senior benefits 2) 75% bonus XP 3) VIP service 4) Legendary Exclusive Gift 5) 1 free NPC Experience per year with a guest

Using XP

Only members at Junior Gopher level or above can redeem XP. XP can be redeemed for discounts on eligible NPC Experiences™ or NPC Market™. Redemption rate is 35 XP equals 1 USD. XP can be used to cover up to 50% of the total price per booking. You can apply XP during the checkout process when making a booking. (In the future, you will be able to redeem XP for discounts on selected NPC Market products.)

XP Validity and Membership Tier Policy

To keep the program fair and rewarding for active members:

If you do not earn any XP within 12 months, all XP will expire and your membership tier will reset to Green Gopher

If you earn any XP within 12 months, both XP and tier remain active and valid

You can check your XP balance and current tier anytime through your Gophee account dashboard

XP is not fixed in value and may fluctuate slightly based on currency exchange rates and platform policies

XP and Membership is personal and cannot be transferred or combined between accounts

Gophee reserves the right to adjust or revoke XP in cases of abuse, fraud, or error in the reward system.

How to Track Your XP & Membership

You can check your current XP and membership level anytime by logging into your Gophee account.

Once you're logged in

1Click on your profile name in the top-right corner
2Select "My Reward & Level" from the menu
3Your current XP balance and membership tier will be displayed at the top of the page

You can also view your full XP history under "XP History", including how and when you earned each XP point.
