While most orders go smoothly, here is what you need to know in case something is not right with your order.
What Can Be Returned
You can request a return or refund within 48 hours after receiving your item if any of the following applies
The product listing does not state “Non-returnable.”
The item is damaged or defective when it arrives
The item is incorrect and does not match your order
Parts of the item are missing in a way that affects its use
Photo evidence is required. Please send clear photos or videos within 48 hours of delivery to support@gophee.com.
Delivery is counted from the time our system marks the order as arrived. If you do not confirm manually, the system will auto-complete the order after 7 days
What Cannot Be Returned
We cannot accept returns for the following:
If a product listing explicitly states “Non-returnable,” the item cannot be returned.
Change of mind or personal preference such as color or texture
Minor variations in shape or details caused by handmade processes
Consumable food products
Personal use items such as underwear or hygiene-sensitive products
Any product that has been used, worn or altered in any way
How to Request a Return
Contact us at return@gophee.com within 48 hours of receiving your item
Include your order number, reason for return and photo or video proof
Gophee will review your request and reply within 48 hours
If approved, we will send you return instructions and tell you whether shipping costs will be covered
Refunds
Refunds are issued using your original payment method in your original currency
Refunds take around 7 to 10 business days to appear
If the returned item does not meet the return conditions, no refund will be issued
