Cancellation and Reschedule

Effective Date: Nov 1, 2025

Cancellations

Cancel more than 10 days before the experience to receive a refund minus a 5% transaction fee.

Cancellations made within 10 days of the experience are non-refundable.

Bookings made within 10 days of the experience date are non-refundable.

No-shows and cancellations after the experience has started are non-refundable.

If the host cancels the experience, you will receive a full refund.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.

Reschedules

Reschedule is allowed only when the experience date is 10 days or more away.

Bookings made within 10 days of the experience date are not reschedulable.

Reschedule applies to the entire booking and all guests under the same booking.

Force Majeure & Exceptions

In case of the following events, Gophee may offer flexible refund or reschedule support:

Natural disasters (e.g. typhoons, heavy storms, earthquakes)

Government-imposed restrictions or emergency regulations (e.g. lockdowns, travel bans)

Users must contact Gophee Support immediately and provide supporting documentation.

How to Cancel, Request a Refund, or Reschedule

  1. 1Go to "Bookings" and click “View Details” then “Cancel or Reschedule”
  2. 2The system will show applicable refund or reschedule options based on policy
  3. 3Once confirmed, the host will be notified and processing begins
  4. 4Refunds are issued within 7 to 14 business days via your original payment method
  5. 5If you need help or run into any issues, please contact us at support@gophee.com
